Our Quality Assurance

We strive to provide our customers with products and services that meet global quality standards We adhere to the Quality Manual conformed to the ASEAN Guidelines for Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). We also comply to the Pharmaceutical Inspection Cooperation Scheme (PICS/S) Guide Part I and Applicable Annexes. We commit to manufacturing products with the strictest quality standard and conformed to the customer’s requirements.

Foundries

Our manufacturing facility based in Marilao, Bulacan and spans a total floor area of 834 sqm equipped with an in-house QC/QA laboratory, three divided warehouses for raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods, and 6 production lines for the manufacturing and packaging of bar soaps, liquids, balms, emulsions and powders.

Bar Soap

We have a fully-automated soap finishing line to make bar soaps from soap noodles. We have a range of standard mold for you to use with varying sizes, or we can help you source a custom mold exclusive for your brand.

Transparent Soaps

We also have a dedicated mixing tank for melt-and-pour preparations. This process is more tedious, but we definitely have perfected the art of handmade soap making.

Product categories include bath soaps, beauty soaps, glycerin transparent soaps, and hotel soaps.

Liquid

We have mixing tanks with various volume (400 kg – 1000 kg) capacities to make shampoos, body wash, conditioners and other liquid mixtures. Our tanks are connected to fully-automated bottle filling machines and labelling machines for ergonomically efficient and consistent bottling processes. We also have vertical flow sachet-filling machine for liquid sachets.

Liniments and Balms

We have dedicated heated mixing tanks to compound liniments and balms for traditional remedies.

Product categories include shampoos, hand wash, body wash, conditioner, balms, rubs, liniments, perfumes, hand sanitizers, and disinfectants.

Emulsion

We have a 150 kg homogenizer to make emulsion products such as lotions and creams, the newest addition to our production lines. We have an in-house microbiologist to ensure the quality of your emulsions are well preserved.

Powder

We have fully-equipped powder line for compounding, filling and packaging of powder bottles. Dust collectors are installed to prevent contaminations.
