Our automated soap finishing line is designed for efficiency and scale, with a production capacity of 500 kg per batch and a high-speed soap stamper operating at up to 45 strokes per minute, ensuring consistent quality and rapid output for high-volume orders.

Our facility features liquid mixing tanks ranging from 500 to 1,000 kilograms, fully equipped with versatile filling machines to handle a wide range of product viscosities and container types. The line is complete with automated labeling machines for both round and front-and-back bottles, ensuring efficient, accurate, and professional packaging for your liquid products.
We have liquid mixing tanks specifically designed for the preparation of balms and semi-solid formulations. These tanks support controlled heating, mixing, and cooling processes to ensure consistent texture, stability, and quality of the final product.
Our facility has mixing tanks equipped with high-performance homogenizers, capable of handling up to 1,000 kilograms. These are housed in a temperature-controlled production room to maintain optimal conditions for sensitive formulations. Paired with filling machines, this setup ensures efficient, hygienic, and high-quality manufacturing of emulsions such as lotions, creams, and conditioners.”
We have 500-kilogram powder mixing tanks designed for efficient blending of dry ingredients, ensuring uniformity, consistency, and high-quality output for a variety of powdered formulations. To maintain a clean and controlled environment, the facility is equipped with a dust collection system to prevent cross-contamination and ensure product safety.
